Living with anxiety

I started writing this a couple of days ago. I feel the push to finish it, though right

now I am doing pretty well. A couple days ago I felt extreme anxiety - I couldn't let go.

I felt under attack. I went to work and just focused on work and knew at this point my actions

were about survival. As I "got into" work, I lost awareness of the anxiety - it subsided - and my overall

'amped up' sense of enthusiasm of work replaced it. It was a good lesson for me.

I also had recalled that my doctors had suggested that each day - as they knew I had extreme anxiety -

they said that each day I should exercise to a point of breathlessness for about 10 or 20 minutes or so.

I didn't really understand what they meant - at least I didn't put their prescription into practice -

I tried but I kind of didn't get it...For me, this is what worked... "getting into" work - and feeling

the fear to deal with the very basic need to survive by working. My mind shifts around a lot

but I am feeling like some lessons are coming through to me and I can better reassert a sense

of equilibrium because of it. I hope if you experience extreme anxiety, that you find your way

of handling it... sending peace and good mojo. M

Ah. . . The vast diffs the space between two neural synapses can make. ^It^ is the diff between a doctor's prescription and "getting into". "Finding my zone" was my cognitive between that particular say and do. The diff a neural blip can make is pretty profound. I still don't much understand ^it^ but I'm getting in the zone of letting the mystery be. Not even questioners as great as myself get to know everything, but once those dots start connecting, the pictures can be dazzling.
