Living Again
Hello. I have not gambled for 79 days today! Sometimes it seems like forever and some days it feels like yesterday.
I used to love to crappie fish, especially during the spawn. When I gambled, I lost interest in that for years. My mind was on one thing and that was to gamble and get money to gamble and to get money to pay things i couldn't pay for by gambling!!
I have been fishing a lot this past couple of weeks and really looking forward to the next fishing trip on Friday. I'm really glad that I live 20 minutes from the lake.
Sometimes I get so stressed out that I want to run away and my first thought is always the casino first. My go to place now is the lake. The air is way more fresher, and the cost is so much less than gambling. The atmosphere is so much better for my soul than an old smoky casino with machines filled with germs and dirt.
I'm going to see my first grand baby May 30th and Im really looking forward to that!
