Liver specialist tomorrow.

Of course, we expect 6" of snow.  Glad Leo is driving.  Snowflakes really fluster my double vision.  The doc is in Milwaukee, so it will be a 2.5 hour drive.  Could have found a closer hepatologist, I am sure, but this one was my mom's and he was good.  Besides, I am so familiar with Froedtert now that faces are even familiar.  LOL
My dear friend had a prayer session for me at her house today.  I was very uncomfortable when she first told me about it.  I do not like to be the center of fuss.  It was quite nice.  We had a potluck, then followed the Mom's In Touch format with readings on Hope, healing, and miracles then confession, thanksgiving, and then prayer requests.  After that they did a laying on of hands and prayers for me including annointing with rose oil.  They prayed for miracles and healing and I prayed for strength.
BTW, I walked a 15 minute mile yesterday.  Pushed myself.  Couldn't swallow decent by evening, but I am okay.  Saturday I will try again.  Today and tomorrow have enough of their own activities.  You know me, I have to push the envelope.  I no longer sit on any church or nonprofit boards, work for any volunteer organizations (I do help with the developmentally disabled group a very little bit once a month,) and even have cut down on my Stephen ministry visits.  15 minutes of walking regularly has to be obtainable.
Gray's photo of the day...Notice mom's car keys are jammed in the end of the cannon.  That kid loves keys.

Sometimes we are the center of life when we are needed by others so we accept being the center to be buttressed and mended. Hope all goes well for you. Hugs.

Yes, Debbie I will be praying for a safe trip tomorrow. I am a little behind on what has been happening with you, but will catch up. The must be some concerns about your liver if you are going to a specialist. I hope it isn\'t serious. Let us know how things go. Hugs, Cathy
