literally work through the anger and frustration
I don't know if I need to write this. I think we all have to do this.
I was thinking about strong people today while at work. How they seem
to achieve great things and are so clear and full of steam pushing them
ahead with clarity to achieve great goals. As I worked, I thought about
what I seem to be 'able to do' - and I had acceptance - and yet I thought of
aspiring as well... My vision grew broader and full of anticipation for when
I would be 'off work' to apply myself to envisioning goals and building them
with a hopeful clarity that would come after work, when I was home alone in my
apartment. And yet, at the end of the work day this morning, an instability combined
with a not so good interaction left me scattered on the floor of my mind. And yet
I decided we all must have moments that disrupt us, I guess. I felt so angered and frustrated
by the scattering - but the thrown off course feeling and experience. I called my therapist and
left a message about my anger and frustration. After leaving it, I thought we all must have to
deal with scramblings of the brain. Some more than others. On a level we all have work
when angry or frustrated by things and some times we work when happy or serene even.
Work can snap us out of it. There's a therapy to it, in a way- and yet I also know even though
I am scrambled for the moment that I will keep applying myself to the formation of aspiration..
Why not?! It may be hard to think clearly and it may feel futile, but I'll keep at it.

My anger comes out in hand crafted and vulgur phases. I use lots of putrid words.
