Like a Slap in the Face

What I don't understand ....how a young lady that don't  eat properly,don't dress lady like,have more than one boyfriend,live at home with her parents,no job,no higher education,no automobile,hang-out partying long night....could manage to have a baby without no effort.
It's just surprises me,how many unplanned and unwanted pregnancy ...could happen with healthy children as the result....must less to go through the process more than once(get pregnant more than once).
Yet :ahealthy, loyal,educated,financial stable,independent,occassion outing (movies , go to the beach ,museum or zoo) can want to have a baby yet experience so many fail attempts and some can't even have children or they have fibroids or some other health issues.
I just don't understand that....why does this happen to good people yet the don't care type and lazy... get to have the pleasurer of having children then spend my tax dollars and getting food stamps - welfare-government assistants -family that help(grandparents-parents and etc).
I pay tax but these women -milk the government dry while I am out working and I can't get the one thing that I always wanted the most.....a happy home with children.
It's not right!
