Life is so textured.

Just want to share what I am thinking about. Things are good. It's taken a lot of bs to get through

but I am realizing in the final analysis that life is just very textured (euphemism for sure) and spikey

at times. I want to be all the things I'd like to be - but at times when I fall prey to my human nature

I get real dissappointed - but I think if I just "box" that as somewhat normal I'll put that into a reasonability

for myself and others.

Also found that it takes a heck of a whole lot of stoicism for me to get working responsibly. I can so

be a lazy daisy but I feel better actually when I put the effort into working hard and working responsibly.

So that's what I thought about at work today...and I'm surviving.

There are so many things going through my mind.

I may feel like an open wound and I may realize I work effectively with a small organized life... but perhaps

it's one of the reasons I gravitate towards being a home body and going to the monastery as well.

Just thoughts.

Things are good. I won't go on. I hope you guys are having a good day!!

Sending peace, pats on the back for doing a good job today!Kudos!! and xx

Expectations are premeditated resentments. ~Anon

I believe my expectations are my biggest obstacle to living fully. The reality of getting what I want never lives up to my expectations. Even when the reality is even better than my expectations, it is all to easy to let the unmet expectations blind me to the beauty of the reality.

Personally, I like the euphemism, "Textured." It works for my poetic senses. Enjoy the textures of life on life's own terms. Success is getting what you want. Happiness is wanting what you get. Go for the happiness.
