Life - Day 1
I would be a fool to walk across Pennsylvania to get to Altoona when Erie is a perfect place to start life. This is day one of being sober from my addictive and compulsive behaviors and activities. It is also day one of my medication treatment, Effexor and Seroquil.
In Erie, I have the water, the woman, the tourists, music, pen and paper, and my heart. I am going to get into outpatient treatment for counseling here. This can work.

Well good luck and good attitude. You can do it. I wish you the best.With the help of your friends your off to a good start . Just get through it one day at a day at a time.Now is a good day as any. Try to keep yourself busy as much as you can.
