letting go and letting god
my mind is picking things apart this morning
and I feel overwhelmed to find 'the answer'
I am giving my problems up and just getting
on with the day. I laugh to myself and just
get on with it. peace and good vibes.

it's weird but yesterday and this morning I almost completely
lost my sense of my own standard. I need to just keep on keeping
on - and have a sense that my own standard is amongst others'
as I get on with my day. Perhaps that is a good thing?
I've tried to be considerate of others - perhaps this is a new vantage.
Happy Monday, Marko. Hope today is free of calamity and full of more laughter.
thanks Nikki!
when i was first studying on the theories of "let go and let god," i got tremendous benefit out of a, "god box." it was an old shoe box i kept in my closet and whenever if found my "mental engine" racing its engine, i made a brief not of what had my engines revving. i used it as needed, repeat notes allowed.
perhaps the most therapeutic part of using the god box was letting those notes accumulate for a year, then reviewing the yaddahs that had my knickers in a twist 6 months or a year ago.
does it matter whether our standards are the same. or not? even if we are precise duplicates, managing those standards is strictly personal. not even my soul twin can do it for me.
I hear you arfie. I agree we all have to do that for ourselves and the comradery on the way
I am so grateful for. The god box is a good idea. It's weird how my own sense of judgement and standard
seemed to fly out the window yesterday - and it gave me a new sense of the space between me and family
members - in kind of a respect of their space way - but it also left me - though with new knowledge - it left me
feeling like I have no idea how to conduct myself anymore while on my own. I am picking up the pieces..
I feel strangely at a deficit but also unearthed from a kind of blinded vision. Anyways - I'll do my chores
and just get on with the day. I am so grateful you guys are out there. I feel a sense of grateful, humble comradery.
peace!
