Letters of Administration within 2 weeks

I saw the lawyer today.  I should be getting the Letters of Administration within two weeks.  I probably will be when the one year anniversary hits or maybe just before it.  I can't believe how long it takes without a will and because we can't locate Smokey's 2 daughters.  It takes what seems forever but I can see the light at the end of the tunnel.  There is an end in sight.  I think my biggest problem will be to get the car in my name and sell it.  The loan on the car stands at $5,333 approximately.  I would love to sell it for $6,000.  The car is a 2005 Chevy Cavalier.  The car has been broken into several times and they ruined the drivers lock which we never got fixed.  If I can get $6,000 for it, I can pay off the car loan which is my biggest concern.  There is only $950 on the homeline (another loan).  This year might see me finally close all the details on Smokey's estate.  If I could get a job now, it would be a great year for me closing the old things from the past and entering into a new phase of my life.  It would be great.  We shall see how all these things develop for me.
Now Dave is rethinking whether he wants to attend his work Christmas party at the River Rock Casino.  Go figure!  As soon as I get a top for it at only $20, he is now rethinking whether he wants to attend or not.  I would love to try out the food there as I never have and hear pros and cons to the food.  I would like to find out for myself.  There also will be a show which I would love to see as well.  They get pretty good performers at River Rock.
