Me too. I suffer from Arthritis on my back and neck. I have a failed third level fusion and the option to get a full fusion and move like a robot the rest of my life with no guarantee it will work. Enough about me. Before you think you're losing your mind remember this: I bet than one or more of your meds are causing you to isolate yourself. If you've been on medication for long you may or may not realize it.
My medicine does the same thing. I was on Lexipro and it made me to the point where I was starring out the window not wanting to go outside or take a shower. Everything I should be doing could wait until later. so of course the house turned into a big mess which made my anxiety and depression a lot worse. This medicine affected almost every aspect of my life.
I asked my doctor if I could have a new Anti Depressant. I just figured I was on them so long they were'nt working anymore.I asked for Celexa and BAM I was so much better. I have another med that if I don't closely monitor my use of it the medication will have the same effect and that is Oxycodone. This one is real fun but ut us the only thing that works for my pain. My neck is on fire and my bite has collapsed. I go up and down always fighting this monkey on my back. i don't want to say anything because once you do the doctor will take you off of it.
I will have to go back to years of 800mg Motrin and Tylenol, smelly back rubs and constant stretching, heating pads and neck braces. NO THANK YOU. I remember crying to my doctor telling her that I wanted to play with my two boys. I could'nt afford to be laid out with back and neck pain all the time.
if anything I've said makes sense to you I have a few words of advice that may help you. If not hugs and love to you.
My Agoraphobia has been doing better. Last week I had a set back. I will have to make myself get out. No matter what even if I start to shake and cry while Im out. Its the only way for me to improve in the long run. I always get the winter blues. I hyberante. The cooler weather is not for me. Im glad to hear from you. You made my day!! Hang in there my friend!!!!
