less anxious after doctor's appointment
I decided to just be honest and let my doctor know that I was feeling anxious about going to see him. He reassured me that I can only do what I'm ready to do. It was definitely me projecting his disapproval onto him. He is keeping me on the same medications for now to see how I do. He said he thinks I'm doing better.
Why is it so hard to see if you're doing better for yourself? I think I know the answer to that, but nonetheless.
It's been sort of gloomy today and my fiance is going to be at a meeting until late. I've been trying to keep what the doctor said in mind: stay busy and I'll start to feel more positive.
The anxiety from earlier really has me feeling sort of wiped out and I want to go back to bed. But I will try to stay up for the rest of the day. I know it will get easier. Maybe not in huge ways every day, but maybe little ones that I can't see yet. I have to be patient.
