LEG edema

I have almost continual "weeping" in my left leg post-stroke, whereas I am mostly in a wheelchair.   It leaks from yellow to brown, occasionally bloody.  Rounds of antibiotics make NO difference.  The "wound" clinic is a joke on wheels.  VNA nurses are not improving my condition, and doctors "guess" with no success.  Any ideas??
