Left the house today

IT was hard but i did it.  I went to the next town because I didn't want anyone from around here seeing me, but I went and ate and watched a movie.  Me and my husband were the only people at the movie because we  grabbed a matinee.  I tried to go into walmart but I could only get my haircolor and tell my husband I would wait for him in the truck.  But I did get out, and it was exhausting but I'm glad I did it. 
I was so sleepy most of the time.  I'm trying the abilify during the day and the lexapro at night and still I am very sleepy, groggy feeling.  I'm ready to fight this thing today and rise out of the ashes hopefully...soon...
