learning to organize

I used to be a whiz organizer when I worked at a major corporation. But I think I somehow forgot to carry that over into my management of my illness.
Well... yesterday I kind of hit a hurdle and I jumped it! :) I am learning I have to learn to live with illness and manage it rather than constantly try and figure out a way to beat it. I am not saying I like being ill - but I have to look past my nose and search out working solutions that will keep me managed. I am still figuring this out but I think it's a good thing to pass on.
I am learning to organize my life and fill it with things that promote a greater health in the day to day, whether it be good nutrition like Caz has suggested or maybe taking supplements like fish oil tablets that also promote an even temperment. I need things to look forward to and management so I think I may go to therapy again as well. I also think I may save for a small trip somewhere.
Coming on this site has been and is a blessing. It gives me something and somewhere positive to look forward to each day (when I can't talk about things with my roommates.) I hope this inspires any of you to find some structure of you own and get into fighting shape when it comes to handling this stuff. Thanks for supporting me in my times of need. I have taken a lot of strength from you all! :)

All sounds good.... Get the vitamin b up as well. I take only two sups one being a mutivitamin.... Try to take things slow if need be to move forward. You know yourself best but remember your growing and moving forward as well.

Very inspiring. I know what you mean by being organized in your job and not applying it to the illness. I\'ve had the same problems.

It\'s slow progression but I am working very hard to manage my symptoms.

I\'m thee with ya my friend!
