learning to be my own metronome

I went for a walk this morning, to the Starbucks.

About 20 minutes there and 20 minutes back.

The garage door to the parking garage here was stuck

so I walked the trip there and back.

I'm home now - drink all finished and Blue wants affection, food

and attention. He's super funny and just is not so predictable.

Sometimes he wants to play a lot, sometimes he wants to play a little..

sometimes he just wants to sleep. I'll go and clean out his litter box

in a moment...you guys wanna come? hehe

I have some early American colonial music on... It makes for a

sweet soft good morning as the sun is coming up and the sunlight's entering

the room.

I know the title says "learning to be my own metronome" - I just am going to

use things around me that I like to help me pace my efforts for the day..

Sometimes, well a lot of times I don't pay attention to this kind of thing - I just

brow beat my head and self into action - and it's not always healthy.

I need to get into action in any event - and this probably sounds ridiculous

but I am going to get into action in a positive way...solo mio - in a good way.

Things are good, I hope you guys are doing well. Really glad I have you to be able

to bounce ideas off of. Peace.

Cool phrase - learning to be my own metronome. You should patent it!

**Learning** to be your own metronome? Do we really get to control our live's rhythms? Next thing you know, you'll be telling me that Life's not a musical and I'll be offering you ear-cleaning remedies. Have you not been listening? And people tell me *I* am the one with hearing problems! ! !

Nope, it doesn't sound ridiculous to me, but I am a certified nut job, after all.

Enjoy the song.
