Learning, a moment that made me laugh

Something funny happened today.
There’s a nun here, who is visiting and is super overbearing and crazy. I’ve mentioned her in my lamentations lol
I’m dealing with her this morning and I’ve concluded that even with the friends and family you choose (like living here at the monastery) there will always be a wrinkle, like this lady, in the mix. No idealism of a nirvana. Some kind of acceptance and having to make things work. C’est la vie. Just the realization made me laugh.
