Lazy day

I'm having a rest day after my big day of exercise yesterday, i just did a 25minute dog walk. I'm really tired. I have been referred to a hematologist though which is great, i'll truly find out about why I seem to have a susceptibility to PE. My INR is low at 1.4 so hot Dr Michael has doubled my dosage to 2mg for this week.
