well, i is pretty sad that i have to go off these pills so fast. i still very much hurt, esspecialy after the last fall on my ass. i know i wrote about it earlier, but its very much on my mind alot. how can i do all these exersises w/ out any kind of pain meds, besids ibuprofen, or naproxin. they are realy not helping. wish i hadnt fell. and i do hurt after my exsersises, its the hardest thing i had to do and its a lot of pressure on me cause if i dont heal right and leg dont go straot, then i got trouble fo rlife.so its all up to me. thats pathetic. ya gonna go soak my feet and put the lotion. didnt know my skin could be so dry, its not just dry its like dandruff after the swelling goes down. its the weirdest thing ive EVER seen.           doc says normal after such an evasive sergury, but man its been since aug   10th sence had it , so i give up. at leaste he says i dont have drop foot yay ok, getting tired moore tommorow.......
