LAST ENTRY FOR DAY sun feb 12,2012 9.30 p.m.

well, thats it for me for today. its supposed to snow here, or it wont, who knows? just had turkey burger wraped n romain lettice, and unsweetened apple sause, and beans. lots o ketchup, hands are little swollen today. didnt take water pill yesterday and had 2 abs pop corn, oh my. well talked to everyone in fam today, just waiting for the snow. taped some shows so i will go  to my room after my food digests, thats a hard one, want to go lay down n ow, but i didnt do that at sis house, thats how i kept thi weight off, im so very afraid of  gaining ANY weight back, need to loose moore. stupid snow. want to go tyo the ymca, but the snow. im so afaid to drive still havnt. ok, didnt get much done today. serprise serpsres. ok, well thats it for prob tonight. got the different phone w/ speaker phone, allways wanted one. thay are great. ok, well THE END.....
