Las Vegas and Tom Petty..BAD day!

OMG what a horrible day, all those people dead in Las Vegas shooting, and now hearing that Tom Petty is on the brink (if not) dead.   Why are these sicko's doing these mass shootings.  WHY???  Are they all copy-cating each other, trying to be tops?  AND now they are hitting the big arenas.  I'm afraid to be in mass crowds now.  I hope sporting events won't be next.  I know there's security, but there is NO WAY they can keep an eye on every single person, or even to make a mistake.   Example: I was on a plane 2 years ago.  In the area where they scan you, I was on a line that was pretty long, and it was twisting around the bend.  I saw an empty line, next to the one I was on.  I thought it was just an opening.  I walked RIGHT THROUGH the scanners by accident and NO ONE even stopped me, and I waltzed right to the plane.  I couldn't believe it!! With ALL that security, and then there's human error.  No, you can't watch everyone.

Now Tom Petty!  What an all-American musician he is!!  Grew up on all his songs.  Saw him live and his show was phenominal!  He will be greatly. missed!
