Lancaster trip Nov 22nd
My friends and I celebrated a Friendsgiving in Lancaster PA. One friend was going there to pick up some goodies for his father and sister who he was going to see. They live in MS. He invited me and 2 other friends with him. We had also taken this trip at the end of March for his b'day (which was at the beginning of April)
First time I ever saw a sign saying Horse and Wagon parking. Only in Lancaster! Millers Smogasbord, where we ate, the building to the right is the shop where we got some goodies. I got 3 small jars of jam and apple crumb pie and 2 apple cider cookies.

Wow horse & buggy parking? I've never seen that either, the Amish are true to their beliefs!! And that picture of your meal had me salivating! I haven't been there in years but I remember all the farms the Amish had too. Glad you enjoyed!
Glad you had a nice trip to Lancaster. I have seen the Amish and Pa Dutch in their buggies many times, it's not that uncommon here when u get in that area. Thanks for sharing some cool pics . your meal does look yummy ;-)
