Lack of efficiency

i am at work I feel like all my energy is Derained from my body I hope all the time that she might call me any second this illusion is not going away maybe with time it will my head is heavy and I don't want to eat or drink and I am feeling sleepy but I can't sleep I'm dizzy yet active it's hard to breath do not want to move single part of my body
