Knocked Off
Well. . . That was short-lived. Assembling the coop is definitely a 2 person job and Hubs and I are grooving, but he remains a busy man. His paid busy day commences at 9 today. FH was quite amenable to filling the need after Hubs checked out for the paid gig. FH showed up early and. . . He and hubs are quite a team. I'm watching from the window. Trying to be a good sport about getting knocked off court again. Plying therapy tools. Already clueless where they are in the instruction booklet or what is left where in my sort piles.
Sigh. . .
The pullets are hiding under the hay wagon again.

Awaiting the tag for your jump back in. Me thinks the pullets were only there for you.
I like assembling IKEA furniture.....wooo
What?!? You got benched again?
Is it time to run out there screaming, “Mine, mine, mine”?
Totally unfair even if they’re trying to just be helpful.
Hugs & love! And patience.
You Go Girl...… I hate this type of project..... I have no patience with it..... I have to put together a new playpen for Rascal....Any takers???...… Big hug....xo
I can assemble very basic stuff. Nothing major. Maybe you can entertain the pullets? go rake the ground by them?
Put on a grass skirt and yukalele them like a pied piper? :) Feel better Arfie...be good to yourself.
I'm actually quite good at assembly projects and puzzles in general.
But I am the first one to abandon ship when it builds into a contest. I doesn't need the trophy and competitive puzzling is a good way to break toys.
After some therapy guit-chi while I watched out the window, I changed into my nicest girl clothes and went shopping for gourmet sodas from the nearby metroplex. The puzzle was looking like the fun part was done by the time I got back and Hubs was ready for a full-out tit-for-tat skirmish. I haven't heard those names in a while. . .
Lunch isn't going down so good and hubs is busy being busy in between calling me mean names. After Hubs refused to give FH further instruction, I went out and apologized to FH for getting him caught in our domestic cross-fire. Rather than risk further damage, I asked him to simply stop work. I'll do a catch up inventory after lunch and keep him posted.
Sigh. . . That's what I get for getting excited?
