Ker-Splat, or, How Unresolved Worries Have Created a Bigger Mess

I hate to say this, but when my worries run hard, things like this are going to happen.  The sad thing is that I wanted it to not happen.
Unsurprisingly my math course has a lot to do with it again. The current inner conflict has had me worried an awful lot about where my help is going to be coming from, because in her defense, the professor really can't help me by e-mail because of the way that I need to learn concepts, by seeing problems actually worked.  Only yesterday did I find out for sure that I am not going to be of use in the pharmacy on Thursdays for the simple reason that there isn't going to be enough room for me...it's packing day.
Okay, fine...possible chance after class today.  But the truth is that the situation is snowballed.  I haven't been sleeping well because the worries have gone unresolved despite best efforts, and yesterday, the dam burst.  I barely made it through work, and en route to campus, I couldn't stay awake any longer.  I was able to save myself from going back and forth on the subway but nothing else, and by the time I came to, I had a double miss on my classes.
This was coming, but the result is disastrous from a timing standpoint.  I missed an exam that I probably will not get a retry on, and I missed a review for another one that I have on Monday.  Exactly how much damage this has done is still up in the air, but it doesn't look like it's minor.
I really don't know what else I can say right now.
