keeping things pragmatic
I am reminding myself of my grandmother today..lol
She was mentally limited (i think autistic) but was very VERY pragmatic
and built a solid life for her and her husband and four kids.
She was very emotional but stood her ground when it came to practical things.
I get it. I get lost mentally a lot. Thoughts come in - and wisk away very quickly
and as I result I am glad and lucky I can focus on my routine and pragmatics and that I have work to focus on.
I tend to focus on the pragmatics and routine during most of my time to help me get on with my day.
It helps me stay effective and 'in check' with what is important or essential. Yes I have a very predictable life
but it is helpful and I am lucky it is this way.
I was thinking about that kind of while at work today...and also while driving home from getting coffee too.
Perhaps to help me, I thought to balance my time between practicals and my routine and add something
new each day or once a week if I can? I guess I am just trying to organize even some unpredictable time into my days.
lol
I am feeling silly and mentally lost but trying to deal with things. Much to be grateful for
but perhaps I can also reach for some stardust?... <"}}}}}}><
I also thought about how when I work I become like a grumpy teeth nasher at times..
but all inside... only sometimes do I shush myself
...eventually it calms down after a while but that engine within might be some part of
me getting what it/he needs. Like 'man does not eat from bread alone.'
I am still trying to build my life, as most folks are...Getting mentally lost easily makes me
cling to things but maybe I will keep on trying..keep on keeping on!

Life makes more sense to me when I don't try to make sense of it. It is what it is, whether I understand it, or knot. Taking each experience at face value and acting accordingly makes allot more sense than trying to analyze of incomplete data.
