keeping motivated
Last night's service went well. Now I am waiting for morning meal
which is happening a little later than usual- at 11am -
I took a shower and dressed.
I had no real motivation for anything - I didn't feel sad or out of control.
I just felt nothing really. I started to think this was a sign of something
greater (or lesser) within me, that meant a pathology or just that I am something less...
and then I remembered thank god! that I was pathologizing and that I just need
to walk myself through the moment and motivate myself and think about
what I want to achieve and carry myself through it- just like ask "what do I need to get
done today - and what would I like to do with this moment of peace and positivity.
. I'll go into Frederick after morning meal and do
a couple of errands. There's so much positivity to latch onto
instead of putting a rubber stamp of 'less than' on myself.
Have a great day you guys! Keep up the pumpitude!

how would I like to contribute to the life around me? I would like to help people keep at taking care of their lives
and keeping it all going.
Reading this, it felt like you caught yourself before turning neutrality into judgment, and chose how you wanted to move through the moment instead. That’s a powerful shift! Sometimes peace doesn’t announce itself; it just shows up quietly, and later we learn how to recognize it again.
I am honored to be a witness to your journey! hugs
Thanks Bob! You are amazing!! You are a blessing!!!’
I'm glad you're able to find the positivity to latch onto. Years ago, I went on a bicycle trip to Frederick. Great downtown area! I loved strolling along the canal in their Carroll Creek Linear Park - I think that's what it's called.
Have a marvelous Monday. Hugs.
