keeping a focus when empty times catch up to you
It's after work now. I have done the few chores I have. Ran down to the bank and so on.
The idle times when I don't have something to do really are dangerous. Little thoughts - whims of dissapointment
can really snow ball into a raging mass of tension, anger and woe. I'd like to be talking to someone - but
writing here will have to be sufficient. So there it goes. I'll go for a walk.
peace,
mark

I don't get out much (in terms of socializing) but I realize that is exactly what I need to do.
All these alone time activities are NOT what I want.
it's weird how these alone activities can turn self abusive or sad. maybe i'll just go for a walk - the sunshine is so good for you.
