Keep your guts about you

I think I've talked about 'associations' that we make within ourselves

or just in life to make sense of things - as for what 'we are doing'

or what 'someone else is doing.'

Now I have schizoaffective disorder. My mind is like scrambled brains

so often - but I do have 'islands of order' that I try and write about here

in my journal. The past couple of days I've realized the m.o. to stay in

the game of taking care of the work I need to do to take care of and for my life.

As I was going about that this morning - taking care of things -

sensing that my actions may not have been a perfect picture - but I knew

what I meant - I kept confident in doing that, 'knowing what I meant' - and then

when I came in contact with others after morning chores - my mind

derailed again for an ungraceful contact - for some reason those moments

signal alarm and dysfunction and danger - but just keeping my guts

about me -and staying in the game, knowing what I meant and what I was doing 'it'

for, all that gave a kind of sport about taking care of my life

and it's keeping me going - again 'keep your guts about you' -

and look at what you need to do! That's me on my soapbox lol

It all can be fun!

maybe this is where I go a little highflying....need to keep a lid on it and yet still keep taking care.
