Just when things couldn't get any worse...
...today, they did.
So, the tutoring center is up and running now, and I know I'm in early trouble in my chemistry course, one of the areas they offer help in. So I try a little peek at the schedule there to see what my odds of getting help are.
To my chagrin, it's none. Only three tutors there, all of them at hours I can't hack, thanks to the work hours I have now. You can guess what happened from there.
Yep, the nervous breakdown. Another member of the faculty saw me looking like a mess and asked if there was something she could do. I couldn't talk, so I just walked away, leaving her standing there in the stairwell.
Basically, this is heartbreaking. You guys know how I feel about asking someone in my class, who I don't know and don't want to know, for help, and in particular with males because boys masterminded most, if not all, of the HS mess that has me scarred for life. (This was why, when I had issues with my math course last fall, I wanted a female tutor only...and unfortunately that's still true now.)
As I'm typing this my parents are going out to dinner. They wanted to take me. I told them to go on without me...I'm crapped out in more ways than one and the nervous episode is still working itself out.

Have you talked about this to your parents. I know that talking to your parents seem lame, but if they love you they may see some options that you might have over looked.
I can\'t say I trust them, either...unfortunately. This is like watching a bullet train derail, in Japan, in slow motion. The closest I can think of that wouldn\'t dock me a small fortune is YouTube, a crap shoot situation at best given what I just said above.
Okay my friend, it\'s hard I know but I think it would be a lot easier on you if you stopped the train-wreck thinking :)...this doesn\'t have to be a big deal...I know it feels like a really huge deal, but it doesn\'t have to be...you\'re in control of this situation, just like any other, because you\'re in control of how you react to it...you really can...
Not when frustrations are running this high, Summer...the fact that I know I need tutoring and can\'t get it is pushing my frustration level to the boiling point, and today it exploded...see today\'s entry.
