I don't know about you, my fellow questioner, but creating is my Number One tool for achieving that Quiet Mind. The second runner-up isn't even close to creative expression for that job. Do you s'pose I'll ever find the creation which will quiet my neural speedway once and for all? Some days I hope knot. Fleeting as ^it^ is, the moment of satisfaction I gain from a work I am proud of is worth the pain I suffer to achieve ^it^. Maybe. . . The painful days still suck gluteous maximus.
