just thoughts from my cell :)

I’m starting to see the dichotomy within me, the proclivity to let loose and say and do whatever I feel and then contrastingly, plummeting to earth emotionally for when having done something stupid and lacking integrity, decency or character, and so shame.I realize the relationship with god is a way to keep a practice to keep ourselves, my self, from blundering so badly and also awake to our relationship(s) at hand. Self responsible, and intentional. Keeping in touch with the rational and so the practice lends itself to a mitigation of those incredible mood swings as well.

I am reminded of something that a few years back was like an ‘ear worm’ in my mind  .. the phrase “relationship status equation.” And that I didn’t understand at first or for a while but now today I see it’s a pointing to consciousness of my behavior and place in the world and where do I stand, what am I doing etc..  and so I am finding a relationship with god is like that helping focal point and very much is a gentler way to cope with my life responsibilities and self, outside the philosophical realm and forceful coping with these issues that I’ve had been doing. So again the relationship with god for me is on my mind now in a light happy way and gives an awakeness/grounding.

i haven't heard that exact phrase before, but i am dogmatically familiar with the philosophy. to my graphic thunkery, life is one gigantic algebra equation. a plus b times c squared equals a horse. change any variable in that equation and you could end up with a jackass, a markus questionarius or life knows what.

that carries for my relationship with god/life. it is all a question of balancing the equation.

for what it's worth
i believe god appreciates my anger and stormy weather as much as s/he appreciates sugar and more than s/he appreciates artificial sweetener. just believing. . . proof irrelevant.

Are you bipolar? My councilor said that bipolar people have a hard time with being impulsive. I'm reading a book about how to make better decisions. I've decided to start thinking twice about almost everything I do lately.... It's a learning process
