just thoughts
So...This Sunday is Easter.............in 2008, Easter was in March, on the 23. It was the day my ex and I officially became girlfriend and boyfriend. I told him to ask me out, and he pulled over in front of his church and did. I had to tell him, because he was waiting for me. We had already fell in love, but it wasn't official until then. So our would be anniversary has passed for the 2nd year of us being apart, and now another Easter is about to pass as well. I know Easter is not about our relationship, but it reminds me of a memory that is so special and at the same time very sad.
If you have ever fell in love with someone, but he/she fell out of love with you....then you know how I feel. Also, add my trust issues and my past to that......it's hard opening up to someone, trusting him and loving him, esp after being scared the way I was. So for that person, the same that promised nothing would ever change how he feels about you and that promised he would never leave you...for him to not want to give you another chance....and after 2 years of being apart, for him to not want a relationship and like being single over being with you, it hurts.
I am a christian, so Easter will always be important and hold a special place in my heart......but it is also a reminder that yet another thing that was so important to me has been taken away.
