just starting the day here.
woke up this morning and had juice and then brewed some coffee.
life seemed to crash down on me a bit - it always seems to come to that -
a sense of my place in the world is an issue as I wake up or during times of trouble.
and it's usually with a unaware negativity at first as though I haven't done
what I'm supposed to or a critique from life at large....I'm glad I am not unconscious about it now...
I remembered to get up and go through the routine of making coffee
and then watching the regular shows CBS Sunday morning - (but for some
reason I can't watch that show much anymore.)
In realizing that I just gotta get up and start the day I was motivated
to get ready for the Sunday morning walk at King Gillette Ranch.
Sunrise was at 640am - but it's cloudy out right now and so it's
rather gloomy. The Ranch opens at 7am. I'll get going soon.
I don't know why at so many times it feels like I am missing the manual for
dealing with my brain and life - that so many others seem to have...
I'm left to understand it and filled wonder..but I am grateful.
Life is good and I appreciate it..

Gmorning, Markus Questionarius as Arfie says.
As for the manual of life that others seem to have…,I think it has to do with our own unique experiences we’ve encountered in our own unique paths…and having well-rounded interpretations of things from way back when when our paths were being forged. Not so much living in the past but having a solid understanding of them and how we can now proceed going forward. Helps connect us to our truest version of ourselves. That is, of course, broadened and abstract because every single human being has their own unique path and the outcomes will be all over the place! I can’t pretend to know your brain or anyone else’s, but I can understand people’s experiences through this long life and maybe see some insights into their interpretations of things.
That’s too big picture thinking for me this morning. I need to put on some Stooges (iggy not curly) and get my day started. Have a lovely lovely day, Marko Polo!
