Just over 1 week
Just over 1 week since losing Ruby. Miss her so much. There was stars in the sky tonight and there wasn't for the past few days. I hope she is one of them. Have to try return to normal living very soon. In bed with horrendous heartburn and stomach pain. Diet has been poor this week with bad comfort food. Aiming to return to a new training schedule on Sunday and eat a decent meal today.
