just need to start choosing

I came home from work this morning and felt very tired. Quite old actually - it was weird...

but I made lunch, played with Blue and fed him and then jumped in the shower.

Then I dressed and went for a coffee at the Starbucks. It kind of gave me a jumpstart :).

Then I came home and rested on the couch - really felt so tired and I was kind of thinking

too about my budget. I got the mail and then I came back and just slept on the couch for a bit.

I have a kind of business party to go to later today with my Stepmom. It won't be for too long

I imagine. Currently feel like I am in limbo - just waiting for the next thing to do.

Does anyone get that way?

I may feel tired and out of sync with myself right now but I am recognizing

that I am very mindful about the duties I have but 'not' so creative about filling my time.

I just feel tired right now - so I won't pest myself about this. I do feel like I am in limbo in a way.

Plus at this business party I'll be expected to buy something and quite honestly I wish the money

could get spent on something else. LOL. No big deal really, having written this out now and reading it on

the page.. It's buying

for a good cause to help support my Step Aunt's new business.

It will be slim pickins for groceries until Monday LOL - but that's ok too - I can afford to have a restricted diet. Greek Easter is Sunday and so we'll have a big party with tons of food too. :)

I don't know why I am so complacent about not earning more... I feel like my battles in life have been 

hard won - and keeping mentally healthy and having some quality to life is the most important.

I am very good at saving for the future and that's what I am doing. Just feeling limited in my spending power

right now. Can't wait for the pandemic to be over. I am looking forward to going to meetups and see friends.
