just maybe something useful
I try to stay 'on top of my feelings and actions' -
I can experience negativity
in a big way - for example while today at work...I just wasn't moving fast at all - downright slow -
I was projecting that there was a negative feeling about work amongst my coworkers - like
it was a runaway train today - and it was nearly a self fulfilling prophesy -
- I tried to see that it was all in my head - and so I changed and directed
myself to try and take the positive outlook and stay focused on work and the reality of the way I was reacting
to these feelings - I got most of the work done and then headed home...at my time to leave.
Because I didn't do the best job I could- though i tried - the feelings that I couldn't manage myself
so well - made the confusion and negativity amplify - and then because I didn't do a good job at managing...
it kind of compounded if you get what I mean -
I am realizing too that some days are just like that - I mean on a scale of one to ten I did a 6 or a 7 at work.
That's not horrible. So I am just offering that sometimes when the day seems to not go so well at times
perhaps be fair to yourself. The depression about it may come - but if you see it and actively respond to it
you might be better footed to stay in the game for what comes next!!! :-)
Peace and namaste,
Mark
