Just living with it
Last night I kind of realized I've been a kind of narcissist. My focus is going now towards just living with what I've got. I feel humble and grateful for my job and my life.

I’m so mixed up. I really have to keep talking. I guess that’s ok.
Work starts soon…time to pump myself up!
Talking and writing things out is good! We all uncover things about ourselves in the process. Well, many do. We are humans, and flawed. Obodynay is erfectpay.
Enjoy your thoughtful Thursday.
Thanks Nikki je t’embrace!
I really wish I could tell a loved one. Maybe some day I will in a way that will help them. The idea is ‘when life tells you you’re one thing, like worthless, you’ve got to fight to be proud and keep achieving forward!
No matter what small thing it may be! Take pride! It’s helping me. Embrace the light!
Xoxo
I seem to overplay the worst things that intently meant to hurt or degrade me over and over in my head. The reality is likely very different than how it actually happened, but we are wounded regardless and working to build a healthy, grounded mindful confidence once again to go out an participate or contribute once more.
Talking through things is good. Dodging the other stuff takes determination and a good friend and loved ones at the end of the day to remember and focus on what really matters….
Sending big hugs.
to my linguistic senses, "narcissist" and "toxic" are synonyms. they took very similar paths through pop psychology. toxic is the new narcissist. wanna run a betting pool on what will replace the toxic people fad? the same crowd loved both terms in their time. all ex'es are narcissistic/toxic and nobody in that crowd seems to have registered that ex'es come in pairs. judge much?
leaving aside the cliche rant. . .
i opine nature designed us with limited abilities to see through other senses. my own senses are all i have to work with.
those are plenty when i let it be.
