just got up from nap sleepy same day 6.30 p.m.

well, i did lay down shock shock just got up 6.30. i know im very deppressed havnt left house for 5 days and now its cold and snowy. i  am so glad i got ahold of social wrker. i realy need help. ok, son sleeping on couch. so im going to goe of fhere. and see what i can clean. ok, later maybe.....
