Just for today . . I did not gamble

Today was a great day -productive; tried to put the recent past out of my mind.
Just for this day - - -I did not gamble & I go to sleep with a clear mind and conscience
I know I can only take this one day at a time, so I will consciously THINK each day that I only have to stay away for one day - -= then make the same commitment tomorrow, etc.
Why complicate things. ]
