I am a compulsive gambler that has caused enough destruction and wasted enough time and I will no longer let me addiction win. No one wins at gambling!
Just for my lifetime I will not gamble. Just for the next decade, I will not gamble. Just for the next year, I will not gamble. Just for the next 30 days, I will not gamble. Just for the next week, I will not gamble. Just for today, I will not gamble. Just for the next few hours and minutes, I will not gamble.

I will not gamble. I no longer gambler. Gambling destroys any chance of happiness I might have. I know I must stay on course, always reminding myself that I don’t ever have to consider gambling an option again. I don’t want to gamble. I know an urge to gamble could pop out of nowhere, I must stay focused on that fact, too.
