just feel like writing

I went to work today, 430am start. Got to the market early so I could review my phone and

'ready things' for when I began working. I did good work and yet became depressed after a while

at working...I didn't know what it meant but it felt like something that would be around forever...

but I decided to lift myself up and take pride in the work I was doing...that take pride lifted my mood

from dead flat down and out to a middle happy place :)

Then, after work was over I came home, greeted Blue - and got down on the ground with him

and cuddled. He is adorable! It's so cute to watch him make sense of things. He's super timid

and also high strung - so he kind of does things before he knows what they are - (does that make sense?)

one sharp move by me - and he's unsettled enough to take a leap in the opposite direction..

I truly think his previous owner may have been harsh with him - I also think in part it's his nature -

and that's ok with me - I love him! For who he is and that he is in my life... my child! and all that involves!

So after I played with Blue, I ate lunch, showered and dressed and then did the drive into LA to deliver

for my parents business. I WAS exhausted! I found myself weaving back and forth a little bit while driving.

NOT GOOD. But I had the presence of mind to know I was doing it... So I kind of stayed the course 'steady as she goes'.

I have been having a lot going on lately in my life - so I think - I am partly tired from that- and also I fear

it's age maybe? I'll be 54 this year.

Anyways, I got home and here I am, I played with Blue again and I drank a bottle of water - it's a really hot day

and I may have been dehydrated - I kind of perked up after the water.

Got my meds and clothes ready for work tomorrow and now I'll enjoy and hour of 'me time'

before getting ready for the evening news. :)

peace and peace!

Sounds like a good day and you were able to maneuver emotions - that takes skills!

Glad you have Blue in your life :)

since we're just writing here. . .

i was born in 1954. one day in my early 40's a construction coworker asked me how old i was while i was in the middle of supervising a crane lift. talk about timing. . . distracted as i was, i told him the year i was born. 54. and didn't think any more about the exchange until the next day when that same coworker brought his girlfriend to the job site so that she could see for herself what construction work could do for her. she was job hunting.

returning your thread to you. . . should i check you for diaper rash, punk?
