just another day
Well...I made it all the way until 7:20 pm....before I had a cigarette. Just one and I bummed it off someone at an AA meeting. lol...kind of ironic, isn't it? Still, that's pretty damn good. One smoke today...when I had like 8 yesterday.

One a day is a start- I know alot of people at AA smoke- it may be hard at meetings for awile- but you can do it with alot of determination and the right attitude- you are giving up NOTHING!! You are gaining freedom & health... good for you
