Just and update...
Well, I started the new year off with a new job. Started today and I must say, best first day ever. Was so glad I was busy all day, had to be told it was lunch and again reminded it was 5 and time to go home.
First time I've worked since I lost Greg. Must say, didn't think I could make it all day, without getting upset, but I did it, but now I'm really missing him, but I know he was with me all day.
I also forgot to tell you Wes got Jesus Calling for me on New Years Eve and guess what? The book mark was placed on Feb 8, Greg's 1 year angel date. The other books were all marked with the day of Jan. 1, I took that as a sign from my baby and said I just have to get this one...
Feeling OK...
Julie, (Greg's Mum)

Yes, isn\'t that just how it goes along. I decided it was time to get my African Violets some tender loving care. Turned on the radio, the same station as when I was a kid. They played old tunes and took me to those days of old! Played old advertisements even.
Best of all though was when they played \"Roses Are Red, My Love. Violets are blue.\" Made me think of those flowers Josh brought me for the garden every spring. I shrugged it off, but ten minutes later they played it again. (They weren\'t taking requests.)
Just as you knew....I knew!
Greg - great way to remind your mum that you love her! Josh, your Ma will always love you too!
Love to you, Julie,
Leda
kudos,, on the job and the signs!!!
This feels just right for you, Julie, and of course the signs are the BEST and are such a comfort!
Keep on keeping on and know that everything you are feeling is okay because you are okay... This has always given me comfort and hope it does you as well.
Loving care and way to go with working through your days as best as you are able.
XO Joanie
Julie, so glad the job is a good decision for you and kept your mind occupied. Best of luck in your new position.
The signs are so comforting. Well done, Greg! Keep them coming! Love and peace, Linda, Ed\'s mom
I am so glad the first day went so well! I found that distractions is how you actually survive this! And...I would go to work...and \"make it through the day\" and then cry all the way home...and that is okay. Take care...love and hugs...Karen
Thanks y\'all. I just love getting signs from my son. Leda, I love that Josh shares music with you, so does Greg, but it is for sure a sign, that they would play the same song just 10 minutes later. So COOL!
Congrats on the new job. Work was my saving grace. I could go work and pretend everything was \"normal\". Then cry my eyes out at home. Love those signs. Hugs, Ann
Wonderful that you are working...it helps so much to have something to fill you day (an hopefully your pocketbook)
Tender care,
AnnM
I agree work is a life saver for me too. Continued success!!!!
Congratulations on your job!
Peace
That\'s great you are working. I know after we lost our Jeff I said I am not going back to work but my husband told me I could not just sit on our back porch and grieve myself to death. I finally did go back to work and was able to retire from AT&T. Take care of yourself.
Nell
Thanks y\'all, I\'m kind of hoping we don\'t have work tomorrow, it\'s super cold here in St Louis, with win chill -25. I\'m also worried about my husband, he\'s been out shoveling snow since 8 AM. He\'s 63 has really bad RA, just hoping he\'s home soon. His snow blower broke last weekend and we haven\'t been able to get it fixed yet...
