just about to go to work

This morning I woke up and got down to services early

to set up which I did. For some reason - it was a bit of a rough

going time in services. I don't know exactly why but I kept on

second guessing myself and then the painful thoughts barraged

my life - causing me to not be 'so present' for the service

but more in mental rumination.

Ah well. It forced me to grow a bit I guess - I kept on trying things

on so to speak just to find some sanity. Not so good

but here I am now - ready to go to work - 

Blue is hanging out with me while we listen to the classical radio station WETA.
