Just a qiuck journal, Fri Dec 25th Christmas day 2015
Just wanted to journal really fast before i start getting all dolled up to go to my wonderful families place for Christmas. Leg hurt's a little today, and it's the good leg, must be the way is sleep, have anxiaty about today, bringing extra med's in case i need them. Running late as ussual. I have leaving and getting ready anxiaty when i go out and get dressed up. Oh well, i'm over it. OK that's all i got for now. More later after i get home. Son is sick so he is not going. Think he is deppresed and i wish he wuld go . His teeth are hurting, next appt is Jan 12th. OK Merry Christmas to all my wonderful friends on here.

my stepgrand daughter was sick w/ 101.6 fever.
My ribs ache from coughing hard. I can\'t shake this cold. But I had a cold once w/ pneumonia. I guess I shouldn\'t have been smoking earlier this month when I was so busy. I\'m glad things are a little better at work.

everyone is sick this christmas. me too! didn\'t expect it. this is the most un-christmas ever so far.
i stopped attending the formal dinners in the early 90\'s. never occurred to me that it was anxiety, i knew i didn\'t want to be bothered with the get there at a certain time thing and had started showing up sporadically for dessert and leftovers only years before that anyway (much easier way to live, then you do everything at your own pace and only if you feel like it).

Ya i have bad anxiety until i get there, especially w/ my new med\'ss it really help\'s. My problem is getting ready and getting out of the house. I am now the one who is always late for everything. I did have one of the best Christmas\'s ive had in a very long time. We sang our song, Bohemian Rapsidy as a family as usual, then we went to the bar at my cuz\'a house, i don\'t drink but it is so cool. We did lot\'s of song\'s as a group. We are a very musical family. Now i have the song Butter Cup stuck in my head woke up singing it. I am truly blessed to have such an awesome family indeed. We left as the real fun was starting, people were pretty liquored up by then, even the dog i think got into someones cup, He was pretty mellow by then, or just dog tired. We even did the 12 day\'s of Christmas, didn\'t know all the word\'s so i just sang do do do. Ya think i have leaving home anxiety, know i do. Happen\'s any time i have to be somewhere at a particular time. Trying to get better, it\'s just how i am. So sorry you are sick, i had the same thing at it just hung on. Hope you get better soon. I know how you feel. 38, i dont go to alot of other family funtion\'sn either because of anxiety, so don\'t feel alone in that one. Thanks for the comment\'s my friend\'s. Hope you feel better soon. actually i think its the drama that people avoid and the drama causes anxiety because no one wants the drama, but it took a long time to figure that out.
