juggling the unknown during COVID

I have nothing to complain about. I am taking a personal leave from work until May 14 and then I have

a job I am going back to at that date. I am lucky.

I am trying to assess the good things I have in my life - just hit someĀ

sorrow last night and this morning. Better to keep positive, and patient during this time.

My mental strength and focus are waining - but I'll try to come on DS.org and do what I can do.
Not feeling so great but I am trying to keep positive. I can see how for those who don't have to work

for a living, their mindset can warp. It's good for all of us to keep a project or some kind of work

up to make our days meaningful. I have therapy tomorrow which will be good.

Sending peace and good kharma out there.

Big hug for you sweetie.... these times are rough due to the isolation.... If you can Mark call a distress or crisis line if you need to... Venting can be good.... Will your therapist do phone calls or facetime calls?

I know that the isolation is hurting people....I am hoping that we will soon have a vaccine and this miserable virus will be contained.... Another hug and a blessing my friend....xo
