journal : where have you found peace?

writing journal card question : Where have you found peace?

For me this is hard. I would like to say I have found peace when alone

and yet I suspect it's not healthy. I do find peace at times I just can't always

stop, think about it and lable it. My mind if left unchecked works so fast that I can't

always appreciate the peaceful things in it. I like when I talk to my friends via text and email.

One day I hope to be able to enjoy this in the presence of friends..I like talking

to my friend the Abbess and my friends Chris and Stephanie. I like the cool down time

after Yoga class. It's nice.
Peace to you guys!!

I find peace in God and in praying to Him. Also, when I'm anxious, if I will take several deep breathes I will calm down and feel at peace. I also find peace in being alone in my room watching TV or reading. Journaling helps also. (the kind where you write on paper LOL)

I tend to find peace when I am on my own as well sweetie and yet I know that we're meant to be social animals...… I have basically lost that part of myself

I find a sense of peace in thinking about being grateful …. Gratitude helps me even if I'm simply feeling grateful that I have had the strength to get through the hard times

I wish you peace my friend..... Big squishy hug....xo

No brainer for this beaten crazy bitch wolf.

In the savage embrace of nature
Where murder is critical to nurture
Comes a soothing balance
Of supply and demand
In the eternal cycles of life
To make it alright
In joy and in strife
To set my soul at peace
With both increase and decrease
