Journal and Video Vault: Metallica -- Seek and Destroy

For aggravations, nothing beats what's gone down over the last two hours.  When I gave my chemistry prof permission to look into help, I told him I needed someone from my lecture sections to act as a study buddy, loud and clear.  Not only did he do nothing, he effectively implied that he'll be in charge of any study group that comes out...I don't think I need to spell it out here, but I will: That arrangement is NOT GOING TO WORK!
I'm not going on a wild goose chase to find the six people he named who actually had the highest scores but then didn't ask that they locate themselves in the room, because it's already taken too much just to talk to Joanna, who has conceded that she doesn't know the material deep enough to help.  I can forgive her because my heart is sniffing out that she is telling the truth.  I can't forgive my prof...frankly I'm done trying to ask him for help, which means I'm basically done asking for help on campus period.
I have ScaredandScarred here to help out where she can, but I'm just really pissed off (please excuse the choice of words) that it has had to come down to her.  People issues notwithstanding, this has been by far the sortie that was apparently doomed to fail and leave me to my own devices before I could even take off.
Needless to say I'm totally past upset at on my mood meter over this.  In fact, I'm just feeling really evil.  So here's an appropriately very evil song from legendary metal band Metallica's early days, when they could be scary as well as rock hard.
