JECKYLL AND HYDE DAY
HAPPY VALENTINE'S DAY TO ALL OF MY DS FRIENDS.
I AM NOT GOING TO WRITE MUCH AS I AM HAVING A JECKYLL AND HYDE DAY. WENT TO BED FINE LAST NIGHT AND WOKE UP WITH A FULL BLOWN PANIC ATTACK AND HAVE BEEN CRYING EVER SINCE. AFTER ALL THESE YEARS DEALING WITH THIS BP I STILL AM SURPRISED AT HOW QUICKLY AND FOR NO APPARENT REASON IT CAN HIT ME LIKE A FREIGHT TRAIN.

Sweetie, wishing you love today and always. Sorry for the shift in mood. Please remember that after vacations we can get knocked off our feet, at least I do every stinken time. Just be good to you and trust that this will pass. Sometimes we need a day of crying and laying around just to purge. Hang in there, luv ya.....xoxo
Isn\'t weird how we forget all about it when it is gone. I like you am always overwhelmed when it hits like it never happened before. The ole reminder that it is always there and we just have to enjoy the good times and know when it is bad it will go away. Don\'t cry it makes me feel sad. Hopefully you will feel better fast.
