IV fluids ugh.

I had a pretty full day yesterday going to the bankrupcty lawyer,grocery shopping,doing  laundry and vacuuming. I also sorted all my medical bills and cleaned out my purse which was a disaster.I have felt awful the past few days. So tired and weak. I thought it was my back causing me to feel this way. My sister n law said I was probably have a P.O.T.S flare up. 
Today I went to my P.O.T.S physical therapy and the therapist said I looked dehydrated and that I should probably call the nurse at the cardiologist and see about getting some fluids. The nurse called me back and said the doctor ordered me to have 1 liter of IV fluids. Mom took me and waiting with me while I was having it done. The nurses are so nice at his office. One if them said you look really weak and tired and dehydrated. I wanted to say well this isn't far off from how I normally feel.
I think it was about 4 or 5 weeks ago when they gave me fluids. I know there are Pots patients that get saline infusion treatments once a week and I'm hoping I'll never have to do that. I can't stand getting poked and I end up with bruises for weeks from the IV. I don't get it. I drink so much water. I probably need to really increase my salt intake some more. Or try the salt tablets. The nurse did tell not to overdue the gaterade because I can through off my electrolyte balance. The physical therapist also said not to get generic bottled water something about the minerals in it being different. She also said to start taking fish oil. I forget why though.
Tomorrow I have physical therapy for my back,have to go back to the eye doctor and tell her again I can't stand the astigmatism contacts and friday I go for my heart monitor. I'm so over all the appointments.
